AZ Pickle Courts ("AZ Pickle Courts," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website azpicklecourts.com (the "Site") and provides pickleball court surfacing, design consulting, conversion, and resurfacing services in Arizona as an authorized Laykold installer. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the Site, request an estimate, or otherwise engage with us.

- Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and mailing/service address.
- Project details — property type, approximate dimensions, site conditions, design selections from our 3D Court Designer, budget range, and project timeline.
- Communications — messages, voicemails, photos, or attachments you send us.
- Payment and contract information — billing details and signed agreements collected only when you become a customer.

- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.
- Cookies & similar technologies — cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies used to operate the Site, remember preferences, and measure performance.
- Analytics & advertising identifiers — including identifiers used by Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels for conversion tracking and audience measurement.
